Come Back Again

She saw deep inside my eyes
Her hand comforted my cries
She felt what I was thinking
All those times my mind was sinking
I wish d\she’d come back to me again

She reached and touched my soul
Helped keep my life in full control
I’m a wreck without her smiling eyes
Hand in hand we broke through the tide
I wish she’d come back to me again

I feel like were in different worlds
Will we ever again be ‘Paul’s girls’
I’ve searched forever to find her and I know this is right
So be prepared for me
I won’t give her up without a fight
I wish she’d come back to me again

We both paid the cost
And now our hearts are lost
One state to another, we discuss the weather
But one day I know we will be together
I wish she’d come back to me again
